Here you will not only find the latest publications on fine arts, crafts, design, architecture, cooking, theory, and fiction, but also rare and out-of-print titles. Many art editions are produced on the occasion of new publications by the publishing house BOM DIA BOA TARDE BOA NOITE. ELGARAFI BOM DIA is a bookshop that thrives to enable a community driven by a shared interest in emancipatory and artistic positions, which are mainly located outside of Western Europe and North America.

Ordering

By ordering goods, by clicking on the button »Proceed to Checkout«, the Customer makes a binding declaration of his/her intention to purchase the ordered goods. ELGARAFI BOM DIA is entitled to accept the contractual offer contained in the order within two weeks of receiving it. Declaration of acceptance leading to a conclusion of the contract may either be in written form or through the delivery of the goods to the Customer. If the Customer orders the goods electronically, ELGARAFI BOM DIA will confirm receipt of the order immediately in writing or by e-mail specifying the stored order and contract data and these contractual conditions. However, such confirmation of receipt shall not constitute binding acceptance of the order. Delivery takes place subject to the availability of the goods. If the ordered item has not yet been published the order shall, where possible, be noted. In the case of items that are already out of stock, the Customer has the choice of cancelling the order or having his/her name put down for a possible reprint or new edition. Delivery terms are non-binding in all but exceptional cases where the delivery date has been guaranteed. If suppliers fail to deliver the ordered goods despite being under a contractual obligation to do so, ELGARAFI BOM DIA is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The Customer will always be informed immediately of the non-availability of an item. The purchase price paid will then be immediately refunded.

Prices

The prices valid on the date of order will be charged. The Customer pays the purchase price including delivery charges in advance by PayPal. Packaging and delivery are billed to the customer. These charges are calculated as follows:
Shipping within Germany: € 4.00
Shipping within Europe: € 9.00
Shipping worldwide: € 30.00
The delivery time in Germany ranges between approximately 3–4, in Europe between 5–10, and worldwide between 10–30 working days. Ordered and purchased books will be shipped only once a week, not daily. Please have patience for the delivery.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to give a reason. The cancellation period of fourteen days begins on the day that you or a third party authorized by you, who is not the delivery carrier, take/s possession of the goods. In order to maintain your right to cancel, all you have to do is to notify us before the end of the cancellation period that you intend to cancel either by e-mail or by mail addressed to: ELGARAFI BOM DIA, Linienstraße 158, 10115 Berlin, Germany

In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties must return all goods and payments received. The Customer undertakes to return the goods within two weeks following the exercise of the right of cancellation if the cancellation has not already been affected by the return of the goods. If the Customer cannot return the goods received or can only return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, he/she must compensate for any loss in value. Obligations for the refund of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for the customer when he/she dispatches his/her notice of cancellation or the goods and for BOM DIA upon receipt of the same. In no event fees are charged for repayment. ELGARAFI BOM DIA may refuse a refund until the item is received or the customer has provided proof that he has the goods returned. Whichever is the earlier.
